With his personal mottoes: ‘Be generous in giving’, ‘Act to be trusted and keep that trust’, the representative director of Dong Il has carried out various design projects. He has contributed to the technology innovation and development of the construction business by performing construction design projects for apartment and cultural·meeting facilities for more than 40 years, supervision projects that managed personnel, quality, and process, and construction management(CM) projects.

 He has been leading the role of upgrading the technology level of domestic construction work by optimizing the design with accumulated technology and managing construction sites efficiently. He also made efforts to acquire new design technology in cooperation with global leading design companies and to enhance our design ability.

 In addition, he developed the management system of the construction business with systematic quality management in order to satisfy the quality demand from clients and to pursue value improvement. He promoted the development of the construction industry by the extensive diffusion of the management system. He contributed to the development of the national economy with a budget reduction by carrying out projects successfully, quality improvement in construction work, and process management, etc., and established a stable construction management system.

 On top of these, he has been making efforts in training talented individuals by encouraging younger engineers of the next generation to have a sense of responsibility.
