Since 2008, he, as leader of the supervision/CM department, has enhanced the organization and business system of Home Office Engineering with the goal, ‘Realize a group of experts with the technical level required by clients for the success of projects.’.

The supervision/CM department currently consisted of 4 HQs and about 80 sites. More than 100 technical personnel of the headquarters are carrying out such non-residential services as VE, Due Diligence and are doing field support of CM/supervision.

The experiences and technical power of Dong Il will help complete projects without any accident during construction, without civil complaints or disputes, and within the budget and time limit. Furthermore, Dong Il will contribute to society by securing the safety and convenience of users after completion.

 Before joining the company, he established an MIS(Management Information System) in a research institute of a construction company and developed new businesses in Korea and Vietnam as business development manager for a Swiss multinational corporation.
