Lee Dong Won
“People stays and space complete.”
He believes whatever architecture people may do, the space is not complete until it becomes worth staying, easy to stay, satisfactory with functions, and added with beauty.
With this belief, he has planned the space where people feel comfortable and relaxed like residences and hotels.
He has increased his expertise in Soomok design group, Haud architects, planners & Engineers, and Archiplan. With this expertise, his major project experiences with Dong Il are as follows:
Paju Unjeong New City I-Park Residential Complex that distinguished the residential and common area;
The Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun where he planned the exterior facade by considering the local culture of Dongdaemun; DMC Raemian E-Pyeonhansesang where he secured openness by setting the urban axis of vision between complexes; and Dongtan Cheongdo Solium where both the nature and residence were taken into account.
As a certified architect with a sense of responsibility, he has contributed to society with sustainable and eco-friendly architecture and has continuously strived for architecture that goes together with people.
