Since the priority of programs to be applied to design keeps on changing and technology develops constantly, architecture needs various trials that seem to be already on their way. Under such environment as enhanced firefighting and prevention of disaster, technical response to the changing natural disasters of increased frequency and intensity, and law and regulations that are supplemented constantly, the designer should not fail to acquire various information on parceling-out, reflect it to the plan, review it, and supplement it. Ultimately he makes efforts to let people experience nature and to create buildings that are eco-friendly and resident-friendly.
In the Sharp Star River Cambodia Zaman Mixed-Use project, he placed the modernized image of Angkor Wat, conducted a preliminary inspection of the skyline, local trends, and major resources. By applicating them to the plan, he finalized the design that mixed the sentiments of Cambodia and Korea. In the project of Seoul Myeongdong M Plaza hotel renovation, he tried to turn the business facility into a tourist hotel by accepting the demand from a big client in order to increase sales facility and tourist accommodation, and by doing so, he improved brand awareness and the value of the building.
With the experience of such complex development projects as Busan Haeundae LCT The Sharp Mixed-Use that consists of residences, a six-star hotel, a high-end business facility, an observatory, and an amusement facility, he is currently leading the team as director of design HQ.
