Noh Choon Keun

As vice president totally in charge of the Busan branch currently, I put it on the top priority for the entire team to achieve goals by working autonomously by means of becoming well-acquainted with the exact contents and range of their business, and of training.

As a supervisor and in charge of such projects as Busan Jwa-dong Haeundae LG Apartment that was awarded the best supervision prize by the mayor of Busan, Busan Yongho-dong LG Metrocity, Busan The Sharp Central Star Mixed-use, Busan Haeundae Posco The Sharp Centum Star Mixed-use, Busan Myeongji-dong Myeongji The Sharp First World/First World Block 3 Mixed-use, Busan Banyeo-dong Asian Athletes’ Village Apartment that was awarded the Grand Prize of apartment section by The Kyunghyang Shinmun, Busan Eco-Delta City Block 19 Joint Project of government and private section, and BHS Hanseo Hospital, I took the job of an independent manager, consortium, and a team leader of joint companies, participated in plenty of projects with various roles, and demonstrated leadership by leading them to the successful completion of the projects reasonably and efficiently.

With these experiences, I have been elected or appointed to such positions as an affiliated professor of the architecture department at Dong-eui University, a committee member of the project division at Busan Architecture Festival, and a director of the Yeungnam branch of Korea Institute of Construction Engineering and Management, and been active so far.
