Having performed the projects of housing redevelopment and reconstruction for 20 years in accordance with the Act on the Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments, he thinks the basis of projects and the communication with residents are the most important. Due to the long-term nature of redevelopment and reconstruction, by minimizing the risk of prolonged business through post-contract management and finding the best way to make mutual benefits a reality, he is confident in solving problems in optimized ways.

 Although the trust of the members of the redevelopment/reconstruction association in the technical area is important, he led the projects smoothly by approaching them on their levels and understanding mutually among association members.
