Cho Cheon Myung

With his expertise in initial Schematic design, in the guiding design that needs a combination of finance and real estate, and in development projects, he apprehends the tasks of the persons concerned by interests and has led the projects as follows:

the Sharp Star River Cambodia Zaman mixed-use, located near The Bassac River, Phnom Penh where he participated as the man in charge from selecting the development site to the process of approval design;

Vietnam North An Khanh New City Development Plan (Phase 2) where he participated as the man in charge of apartments and terraced houses, of detached houses, and of a park;

and Busan Haeundae LCT The Sharp mixed-use where he participated as the man in charge of the basic design supplement and working design, and of the approval of changed parts.

 With this competence as a leader, President Cho strives to let the design department work with autonomy and responsibility.
