For more than 20 years of construction and supervision, he has had plenty of experience in educational facilities, apartments, and mixed-use. For 10 years as director of project management HQ, he has given the best support like the inspection of the site and the solution to the problems in order to succeed in the field in order to successfully complete projects. As a technical support supervisor, he supervised and gave technical advice to 17 construction sites (Construction Technology Promotion Act) and 12 construction sites(housing Act), which complete with high-quality buildings. He has led the project management HQ on the foundation of trusting people by helping them do their best.

His major project Experience are as follows:

Bangbae District 2-6 Housing Reconstruction Apartment, a reconstruction project in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, where he dealt with a lot of civil complaints and requirements from association members or residents by agreement with the constructor;

Bupyeong Xi Apartment Housing, an Urban planning project to establish urban infrastructure and surrounding roads and to maintain riversides, walking paths, and existing roads, where he managed the whole project, improved the environment of the whole area, and created a high-quality apartment complex;

and Busan Gaegeum-dong LG Apartment New Construction, a construction project of 3 stories below and 17 above the ground, 26 buildings, 2,510 households, and integrating 2 complexes, where he did the business of the site 1BL and the entire public services including 10 design changes and 2 completion processes, and obtained the approval for use with excellent quality within the period of construction.
