Based on the belief, ‘architects are those who make healthy persuasion for people and city to progress’, he believes that the first step of architecture is to plan what clients haven’t seen for the right decisions, to set up design logics, and to persuade.
He suggested the plan to turn the site of the U.S. Army into the harmony between publicness and living space in the Uijeongbu La Guardia urban development project. He presented, in diverse categories, the living space for the demand of newly-married couples in Hwaseong Neung-dong hope town. He displayed three-dimensional scenery with various contexts in Daegu Donam A-2 block. With
these experiences, he participated in such projects as Special Design Supply Competition About the Land for the Apartment of the Gyeongbuk Provincial Government New Town Phase 2 and Daejeon Doan District 2-1 C1,4,5 block business facility, and in such redevelopment/reconstruction projects as Reconstruction Project of Garak Samik Mansion Apartment in Songpa, Redevelopment Project of Sanbon 1-dong District 1 in Gunpo, Housing Redevelopment Project of B-04 District in Jung-gu, Ulsan, and Reconstruction Project of the Complex 8 and 9 in Gwachon.
As a team leader, he believes that commitment and communication would upgrade the value and quality of team members in the organization and strives to make individuals and the organization develop through commitment and communication with constantly shared goals.
