Lee Sanghwa

Lee majored in Architecture at UC Berkeley and Columbia University and is an architect registered in the American Institute of Architects (AIA). At Peter Marino Architect in New York, he took charge of the design of hotels, resorts, and residential facilities and the job of General Project Architect in the Asian-Pacific area for Chanel. At H Architecture NY, he participated, as design director, in designing the office building of Nexen Tire in Magok, KSPO Dome in Jamsil, and the Trade Center branch of Hyundai Department Store. He established Manifesto Architecture and won AIA Design Award, IF Design Award, Red Dot Design Award, and Good Design Award through various international projects that include the renovation of M Plaza in Myeongdong, and the construction of Hobak Tower in Daegu, and Bike Hanger.
