Understanding members and finding out the strengths of each individual in order to react flexibly to the change of time, he strives to make ‘the team that does its best to relieve the concerns of clients and to cooperate for the success of projects.
His major project experiences are as follows:
Seoul Munjung I-Park, located in the Munjung urban development area, with a plan of sales facility, of neighborhood living facility, of the studio apartment (634 rooms), and of the complex facility in the concept of ‘a polyhedron of contents’ on the fashion and culture street of Munjung;
Seoul Hotel Ritz-Carlton, located near Bongeunsa-ro, with the harmonious and arranged scene of the street;
Seoul Cheonho Station Housing, with various shapes of bamboos on the exterior side, a pedestrian system set around the community garden, diverse outdoor spaces on the pedestrian nodes;
and Daejeon Doan 2-1 District Apartment, with a big axis of vision from east to west in the consideration of openness and view, and with the placement plans of balancing among C1, C4, C5BL and of viewing Jinjamcheon.
